Repair & Refurbish

詰源科技備有各式檢測儀器與測試平台，
可對於 Varian 與 Axcelis 等各廠牌設備之電系與機械部件進行檢測與維修，
並於廠內安裝一部 Axcelis GSD 作為部分測試平台，亦可提供緊急交換件服務。

We have a wide range of test instruments and test benches to inspect and repair the electrical and mechanical components of Varian and Axcelis equipment.
We installed Axcelis GSD as part of the testbed and also provided emergency exchange services.
